What are N25 shipping fees and delivery times?

Order by 11am on Monday the 23rd of December 2024 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

Order by 11am on Friday the 27th of December 2024 of guaranteed New Year’s Eve delivery.

If you place your order before 12pm, you will benefit from an express delivery of 1-2 working days. You can check the estimated delivery time in the checkout page while processing your order online. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

If you cannot receive the package on the estimated delivery date stated on the checkout page, please use the note box and request your preferred delivery date.

Where does N25 deliver to?

We deliver to all areas in the United Kingdom.

N25 does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

What payment methods may I use?

How may I check the status of my order?

N25 will inform you of the progress of your order by email.
After confirmation of your order, your local carrier will reach out to you to provide an estimated delivery date.
You will then receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the shipment of your order on the carrier’s website.

Can I exchange or refund?

For reasons of hygiene, safety or under Law perishable goods, purchase made on the N25 website will not be eligible for refund, unless the products are defective. Item damaged in-transit or defective products will be eligible for replacements or refunds. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
