Few dishes capture quiet luxury quite like salmon tartare. Delicate, pristine, and composed with restraint, it celebrates ingredients at their peak rather than elaborate technique. Silken cubes of fresh salmon are lightly seasoned to enhance, not mask, their natural richness, then crowned with caviar for a finishing note of salinity and depth. The result is timeless, elegant, and effortlessly festive.

Caviar is the perfect finishing touch to salmon tartare. Its clean salinity enhances the natural sweetness and richness of the salmon without overwhelming it. The contrast in texture, soft salmon and delicate pearls of caviar, adds depth and refinement to each bite. Together, they create a dish that feels light yet luxurious, elevating a simple preparation into something truly special and well suited to elegant gatherings.
