If you place your order before 11AM, you will benefit from express delivery within 1–2 working days.

You can check the estimated delivery time during checkout while processing your order online. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

If you are unable to receive your package on the estimated delivery date shown at checkout, please use the note box to request your preferred delivery date.

Where does N25 deliver to?

We deliver to all areas within the European Union. Please note that deliveries to some remote areas may take slightly longer.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

N25 will keep you informed of your order progress via email.

Can I exchange or refund?

Due to hygiene, safety, and legal regulations regarding perishable goods, purchases made on the N25 website are not eligible for refund, unless the products are defective.

Items that are damaged in transit or defective are eligible for replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
