The exclusive easter package is conceptualised for 2 courses for 2 persons. The crisp and refreshing starter is a duo of white and green asparagus, served with chives creme-fraiche and finished with a generous portion of 30g N25 Baerii Caviar. The main course is a mildly smoked spring water Char from our trusted fishermen at Birnbaum on top of Bordier Creme Fraiche refined with lime zest and juice, on top of N25 Buckwheat Blinis. For the ultimate indulgence, the dish is finished with 30g of N25 Oscietra Caviar. To top it off, you can choose to add a bottle of l’Overture Champagne from Frederic Savart.

Our „N25 Easter Special“ offers you a unique moment of pleasure for the Easter weekend.

The Easter package contains two refined dishes of white and green asparagus salad with N25 Baerii Caviar and  juniper smoked char and our N25 Oscietra caviar.

We source the char from a sustainable farm (Birnbaum) at the foot of the Bavarian alps, where the char is traditionally mildly smoked in a fireclay oven with beech and alder wood, juniper. Birnbaum is the trusted supplier for many Michelin starred restaurants for their freshwater fish. The high and consistent quality is a result of the purest and freshest spring water source.

The char is served with our N25 Oscietra caviar, N25 blinis and a crème fraîche from the famous French butter artisanJean-Yves Bordier for the ultimate Easter feast!
