This leaves the lobster flesh in perfect shape and maintaining the best texture and taste – rivalling any live lobster.
We recommend defrosting the lobster in the original vacuum bag under running cold water or a cold water bath.
Simply pan fried in butter or gently steamed and paired with N25 Caviar will make a delicious dish!
