Father’s Day’s BBQ Box includes a 2 course menu for 2 or 4 people. Highlight of the box is our N25 Hybrid Caviar served on grilled giant red carabineros & fresh wasabi leaves. Our second course includes Dry Aged T-Bone Steak with green asparagus & melted caviar butter.

We source our Dry Aged T-Bone Steak from our regional partner, the Gutshof Polting in Bavaria. The meat was gently dry-aged on the bone for 5 weeks.
