Refund Policy
Since Caviar is fresh and perishable food, any returns are excluded. In the case of complaints, the goods will be picked up. No return will be accepted without prior agreement.
Complaints
We document the storage and quality of all goods under the policies of the Food Ordinance within the framework of the HACCP guidelines. In case there should be a reason for complaint, N25 Caviar Trade GmbH should be informed immediately. It is necessary for the buyer to carry out an inspection on arrival of the goods to check the temperature and condition. In the event of a defect this must be reported within 3 days after receipt of the goods (§ 377 HGB). Complaints after this period can not be considered.
Retention of Title (Ownership)
The Goods remain the property of N25 Caviar Trade GmbH as long as the full amount has not been payed by the Buyer. In the case that the Buyer does not fulfil the payment, the Goods can be retrieved at anytime by N25 Caviar Trade GmbH.
Prices
The consumer prices shown on our website are in EURO (€) including the valid, statutory value added tax. Price are subject to change.
Delivery
For orders received before 14:00 on weekdays from Monday – Friday, the caviar will be shipped the same day and delivered on the following business day. The delivery takes place from Tuesday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Normally, the order will be delivered between 8:00 and 12:00 for German regional deliveries and up to 18:00 for international deliveries within two working days of shipping. The customer guarantees that in this time an acceptance of the order is possible in the specified delivery address. An alternative delivery address should be given as soon as possible if the given address is not suitable for acceptance of the package, however, the buyer pays the additional delivery costs incurred.
Arrival Inspection
The buyer must ensure before signing the freight documents that the goods are in correct condition. Please note: temperature below 6 degrees Celsius, no external damage visible, full quantity delivered.
For frozen products, please consume within 2 days if the product is defrosted upon arrival. We do not accept claims after 1 day of customer receiving the frozen products.
For insurance reasons, a later complaint can not be taken into account. We guarantee the goods are dispatched in good condition. The buyer signs and confirms the receipt of a complete and intact delivery.
